Know the Way of Taking a Backup of Outlook Emails in Jump Drive

     Emails are used in day-to-day life for variety of work to make the task easier and faster. Now you have to visit the place where you have saved all your Outlook files and data. For that, you have to choose Personal Folders and then the option saying Open Folder. After that go to ‘Outlook.pst’ file and copy your files. One way of copying the files is by right clicking on them and selection the option to Copy. Once copied, open up the location in the jump drive, where you like to paste the file. You will see the icon for your drive in the desktop. So, click it and the drive will be opened in front of you.

Then paste Outlook.pst file in that particular location in the drive. When the pasting is completed, you will find your entire Outlook data copied in the jump drive. If you face some difficulty in copy pasting the files, you can take online computer help from some prominent computer services. When all the data is transferred to the drive, it is important that you check the drive to make sure that all important information is kept as a backup. Once you are done with the whole process of backing up the files, take the jump drive out from your system.
