In an advert break you could do a few sit-ups. You could pull some weeds out of your garden.

By doing these you will find you improve your breathing, your blood pressure, your risk of diabetes and heart attacks at the same time. Because your metabolism will get faster from doing more activities you will be able to control your weight much easier. You'll also start to feel more energetic and motivated, which can only be good for your health.

Another way to improve your health is to stay happy by finding things to do to make you smile and feel better, as people who are happy are normally healthier than people who are not happy. You can do a mix of these things throughout the day, like for exercise, go for a walk and for something to make you smile, watch a funny video. Walking will raise your endorphin levels, making you feel good. Being outside will give you a little vitamin D, making you feel less down in the dumps, and watching something that makes you smile brings out the happy feelings in you.

There are so many simple ways you can improve your health. Throughout the day you should think about some ways that you can fit some of these healthy choices into your life.
